Terms & Conditions
1. About Us Anchor Seeds is a product of Mara Adhbhar, a Community Interest Company registered in Scotland (SC878672). Registered office: 4 Kintillo Road, Bridge of Earn, PH29AW. Contact: maraadhbhar@gmail.com.
2. Products Anchor Seeds are ear seed kits intended for general self-care and wellbeing use, based on traditional acupressure practice. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Please read the safety information included with your kit before use.
3. Orders and Payment All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Squarespace Payments. Prices are shown in GBP and include/exclude VAT as applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.
4. Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Your Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at maradhbhar@gmail.com stating your order number. You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, in original, unused, and unopened condition where possible (see Returns Policy below — hygiene exceptions apply for skin-contact products).

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods If your kit arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 2 days with photos where possible. We'll offer a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Safety and Use Anchor Seeds are for external use only. Do not use on broken, infected, or irritated skin. Discontinue use and remove immediately if you experience any irritation. Not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a known adhesive or skin allergy, patch-test before full use. Keep away from small children due to small parts.
9. Liability Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the price you paid.
10. Data Protection We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Notice, available at link. See our separate GDPR documentation for details.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Returns Policy
Change of mind returns You may return your Anchor Seeds kit within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, provided:
The outer packaging is unopened and seals intact (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened seed packs or used adhesive components)
You contact us at maraadhbhar@gmailc.com first to arrange the return
You cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty
Faulty items If your kit arrives damaged or faulty, we'll cover return postage and offer a full refund or replacement — contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and, where possible, a photo.
Refund timing Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or confirming a fault), back to your original payment method.
Hygiene note Because ear seeds are a skin-contact product, we're unable to accept returns of any kit where the seed packs, adhesive strips, or probes have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
